It’s funny, I’ve actually been a travel agent since around 2021, so labeling my first blog in 2025 as “kick start” seems a bit funny, so let me explain why Kickstart is actually the PERFECT title. I mentioned I’ve been a travel agent since 2021, but, life has gotten in the way and prevented me from taking this endeavor full time. Now, I’ve enjoyed planning trips for friends and family, and my handful of clients I’ve picked up through various marketing strategies, but growing into a full-scale business is something I’ve wanted to do from the beginning.
In January, for the very first time, I was able to attend an in-person training event for my travel business. The event was called Kickstart, and it was all about building our business in the best ways possible. We learned everything from business tips, to client tools, and met with tons of vendors who can help us best serve our clients.
So, as I’m sitting here reflecting on everything I learned that week, I’m getting more excited for where I will be going ! First and foremost, I started this blog so I can share fun and informative information about myself and travel. I’m also planning several new social media campaigns, and other things as well! I’m looking forward to where all of this goes!
