1. Introduction

Welcome to Reesploration. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all travel planning, advisory, and booking services (“Services”) provided by Reesploration, a trade name of Travelinity LLC, operated by Celina Reese, an Independent Affiliate of A.S.A.P. Cruises Inc. By booking travel through Reesploration, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms.

 

2. Legal Entity & Seller of Travel Information

Reesploration operates under: Travelinity LLC (Washington State), Independent Affiliate of A.S.A.P. Cruises Inc., Florida Seller of Travel ST15578, California Seller of Travel 2090937-50, Washington UBID 603189022. All contracts for services are legally between the Client and Travelinity LLC.

 

3. Role of Reesploration

Reesploration acts solely as a travel advisor and agent for third-party suppliers. Reesploration does not own, operate, or control any supplier. All travel services are subject to the supplier’s terms, conditions, and policies.

 

4. Supplier Responsibility

Suppliers are responsible for providing the travel services purchased, schedule changes, delays, cancellations, service quality, safety, compliance with laws, baggage handling, and itinerary changes. Reesploration and Travelinity LLC are not liable for supplier acts, errors, omissions, bankruptcy, weather, illness, injury, lost luggage, or government actions. Clients agree to pursue claims directly with suppliers.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must review documents for accuracy, provide correct legal names, meet passport/visa/health requirements, comply with protocols, arrive on time, and understand supplier policies. Failure may result in denied boarding or loss of funds.

 

6. Professional Service Fees

Professional planning fees compensate for the time, research, expertise, and coordination required to design your travel experience. Reesploration charges: $50 per person for domestic travel, $100 per person for international travel, and a $250 upfront service fee for customized itineraries. All fees are non-refundable.

 

7. Final Payment Timeline

Unless otherwise specified by the supplier, final payment is typically due 90–100 days before departure. Supplier deadlines always take precedence.

 

8. Cancellation & Loss-of-Business Fees

If a Client cancels after planning or booking work has begun, a Loss-of-Business Fee may apply. This fee compensates for time invested, supplier coordination, and administrative labor. The fee amount varies based on the complexity of the trip. This fee is separate from supplier penalties and owed regardless of supplier refunds.

 

9. Payments, Price Changes & Refunds

Prices may change until paid in full. Deposits and final payments may be non-refundable. Refunds are issued by suppliers. Reesploration is not responsible for supplier refusal to refund.

 

10. Credit Card Authorization

By providing a payment method, the Client confirms they are the authorized cardholder and authorize Reesploration or its suppliers to charge the card for agreed-upon payments. The Client is responsible for any fees resulting from declined payments, incorrect card information, or insufficient funds.

 

11. Chargebacks, Bank Disputes & Payment Reversals

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes against Reesploration, Travelinity LLC, or Celina Reese for supplier-related issues. If a chargeback is initiated, the Client must reimburse disputed amounts, bank fees, and administrative time.

 

12. Travel Insurance

Reesploration highly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, lost luggage, supplier default, and delays. Clients declining insurance assume full financial responsibility.

 

13. Documentation & Entry Requirements

Clients must meet all entry requirements including passports, visas, vaccinations, testing, and health declarations. Reesploration is not responsible for denied entry.

 

14. Accuracy Disclaimer

Information provided by Reesploration is based on supplier data and is subject to change. Reesploration is not responsible for unintentional errors or supplier updates.

 

15. Limitation of Liability

Reesploration, Travelinity LLC, and Celina Reese are not liable for damages, losses, injuries, delays, or expenses beyond their control. Liability is limited to professional service fees paid. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reesploration, Travelinity LLC, and Celina Reese.

 

16. Force Majeure

Reesploration is not responsible for natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, civil unrest, weather, or supplier insolvency. Refunds depend on supplier policies.

 

17. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Washington State law. Disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in King County, Washington.
