CANCELLATION PENALTIES

In the event you cancel a cruise or tour booking, cancellation fees will apply as noted below unless otherwise expressly stated in your Passenger Ticket Contract or elsewhere in these Terms, or except as provided by applicable law. Cancellation fees also will apply to changes to departure date; substitutions of itinerary; substitution of another person for original booked passenger(s); and changes to a promotional fare. No refunds shall be made in the event of interruption or cancellation by a passenger after commencement of the cruise unless otherwise expressly stated in your Passenger Ticket Contract or elsewhere in these Terms, or except as provided by applicable law. All cancellations must be in writing and sentto VRC’s office located at 5700 Canoga Avenue, Suite 200, Woodland hills, CA 91367. For all air-inclusive packages cancelled after issuance of an airline ticket, the air portion of
the refund, if any, will be subject to a US$350.00 fee per passenger with an issued airline ticket, in addition to the cancellation fees detailed below

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance due to the vendor's very strict cancellation policies. This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described above on this page and that travel insurance is available for purchase to protect against cancellation penalties due to unforeseen MEDICAL reasons.

Travel insurance options will be emailed once you have completed booking and a deposit is made.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

Once we receive your reservation request, we'll send you a separate credit card form to handle the deposit. Rest assured, the deposit will only be for the minimum amount needed to secure your booking, unless you and your travel agent decide on a different arrangement. We're here to make the process as smooth as possible!
