CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation 60 days or more prior to departure - Deposit paid will become a Lifetime Deposit (LTD) and stay on file in your name to use on a G Adventures trip in the future.
  • Cancellation between 30 and 59 days prior to departure = LTD + 50% loss of final payment
  • Cancellation within 30 days of departure = LTD + 100% loss of final payment
 

TRAVEL INSURANCE

 

Travel insurance is required by the tour operator, G Adventures. It is mandatory for all of our travellers to have Emergency Medical insurance that covers both emergency evacuation and repatriation to the sum of $200,000 USD. We also strongly recommend purchasing an all-inclusive plan that covers cancellation/interruption insurance, as well, due to the vendor's very strict cancellation policies. This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described above on this page and that travel insurance is available for purchase to protect against cancellation penalties due to unforeseen MEDICAL reasons.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

 

A $350 per person non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. The deposit will be processed for the minimum amount required to secure the booking unless otherwise indicated by the traveler. Naturally, you can give us a call with any question.
