CANCELLATION PENALTIES

In the event you need to cancel your reservation, your full deposit amount is non-refundable and additional fees may apply.  The following penalties will apply:

  1. Between 12/01/25 - 03/01/26
    • The initial Deposit is forfeited.
  2. Between 03/02/26 - 03/31/26
    • A 10% penalty will apply.
  3. Between 04/01/26 – 04/30/26
    • A 30% penalty will apply.
  4. After 05/01/26
    • A 100% penalty applies. No refunds will be issued

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance due to the vendor's very strict cancellation policies. This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described above on this page and that travel insurance is available for purchase to protect against cancellation penalties due to unforeseen MEDICAL reasons.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

All pricing is per person and includes airfare, shared roundtrip airport/hotel transfers, and resort accommodations. A non-refundable deposit of $150 per person is required to secure your airline ticket within the group and reserve a room in the group room block. ,

All travelers must complete a booking request form and provide credit card information upfront. Once submitted, a travel advisor will contact you to finalize your reservation. Your booking is not considered complete until you have spoken with a travel advisor to confirm your selections and final trip costs. If there are multiple in the room, only one form needs to be completed listing all traveler's staying in the room.

Please have your passport information ready during your booking call.

Travel insurance is optional but highly recommended. Ask your travel advisor for details before completing your reservation. Insurance must be added at the time of booking.
