Deposit Requirements
All pricing is per person and includes airfare, shared roundtrip airport/hotel transfers, and resort accommodations. A non-refundable deposit of $150 per person is required to secure a room in the group room block.
All travelers must complete a booking request form and provide credit card information upfront. Once submitted, a travel advisor will contact you to finalize your reservation. Your booking is not considered complete until you have spoken with a travel advisor to confirm your selections and final trip costs. If there are multiple in the room, only one form needs to be completed listing all traveler's staying in the room.
